Tonight I joined a league here in town that plays Ultimate Frisbee. I thought it would be a great way to get some excercise that was not related to working out in the gym. It's fun to do something active with other people.
It was great... was tired pretty easily because of all the running. I kept turning my ankles though because of the cleets I bought. May have to fix that.
